I've decided that the only criteria I will use from now on in choosing which audible books to buy, is whether or not you narrated them. You are a genius when it comes to bringing a character to life. Well done, you. Now, this means I might have to suffer through bad writing, because I've only ever chosen to listen or read a book based on the material. But I bet your narration will make it bearable. Thanks for sharing your talents with the world.

Currently listening to the Sandman Slim series. You do Such a great job! I would love to hear your thoughts about how you do what u do to narrate a book. Do you wonder in your everyday life WWSSD? =D Thanks.

Love your work on Your Fathers, Where Are They? You somehow made the protagonist/narrator likeable.

Listening to the Steelheart series for the second time, I love your narraration of the series. Each and every character is brought to life by your voice. I'm definitely checking out more of your work. Thank you Macleod!

Haha I think in most cases, doing what SS would do would land me in jail. But yes he is my favorite character and I relish every chance I get to crawl into his skin. Thanks and happy to hear you're enjoying.

Thanks so much! That was a very fun and challenging book. I love doing dual recordings live with other narrators. Glad you enjoyed.

I love your take on Sandman Slim, but my favorite narrative of yours is Sleepy from the Black Company.

Thanks for listening! One of my favorite series.

Sleepy! You're the first person I think who has zeroed in on Sleepy. Marc Vietor did most of that series I think. I remember my last day of recording on that one, "water sleeps" right? I went the whole 6 hr session without a single break. Not even for bathroom. Can't for the life of me remember why.

I have to second Max's comment. After years of listening to audiobooks, this is the first time I've enjoyed the narrator so much that I researched him-- to learn more about who this incredible reader is.. and to make sure he hadn't quit the business! As another first, I am listening to an audio book more than once, three of them actually: the Reckoners series. Thank you for doing what you love and doing it so well. I hope that you get another opportunity to bring another book in that series to life... Now on to try and find out if Brandon is working on a fifth book in that series. Have a lovely day!

That means a lot Julianne. Thank you for the note! The Reckoners series is easily one of my favorites. Are you including Mitosis in the 4 count? I certainly hope if there's a Fifth I get a call : ) I love Sanderson's world and character building. Have a great day and thanks for listening!
